Terms of Use

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

  • "TrenT Fly" or "Platform": AI-powered travel assistant service accessible at apptrent.com.br and via WhatsApp, operated by TrenT Fly Tecnologia.
  • "User": any individual or legal entity that registers and uses the Platform's services.
  • "Service": set of features offered by the Platform, including flight search, travel itineraries, price alerts, and WhatsApp concierge.
  • "Subscription": paid access plan contracted by the User to use Platform features.
  • "Account": individual User profile created upon registration.
  • "Content": texts, images, data, itineraries, search results and any information generated by the Platform.

2. Service Description

TrenT Fly is an AI-based travel assistant that offers Users:

  • Smart flight search: research and comparison of airline tickets from multiple sources with transparent pricing.
  • Personalized itineraries: travel itineraries with destination, restaurant, attraction and activity suggestions tailored to User preferences.
  • Price alerts: continuous monitoring of airfares with automatic notifications when prices reach User-defined thresholds.
  • WhatsApp concierge: personalized AI-powered assistance via WhatsApp.
  • Web access: browser-accessible web interface for searches, results and preference management.

TrenT Fly acts as an information intermediary. We are not a travel agency, airline, or tour operator. Ticket purchases are made directly on airline or OTA websites.

3. Account and Registration

To access TrenT Fly services, the User must create an account with truthful, complete and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials (email and password).
  • All activities carried out under their account.
  • Immediately notifying TrenT Fly of any unauthorized use of the account.
  • Keeping registration data up to date.

TrenT Fly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity.

4. Plans and Subscription

TrenT Fly offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: R$ 29.00/month, with monthly recurring billing.
  • Annual Plan: R$ 19.00/month (equivalent to R$ 228.00/year), with annual recurring billing.

Payments are processed through secure payment platforms (Stripe and/or Mercado Pago). Prices may be updated with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice.

The subscription is personal and non-transferable. Access is granted solely to the account holder.

Renewal occurs automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.

5. User Responsibilities

By using TrenT Fly, the User agrees to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.
  • Not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or third-party rights-violating purposes.
  • Not attempt to access, extract, or copy Platform data by automated means without express authorization.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the Platform's source code.
  • Not use the Platform in a way that may damage, overload, or impair its operation.
  • Verify all flight information directly on airline websites before making any purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, algorithms, software and design, is the exclusive property of TrenT Fly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights over Platform content through mere use of the Service.

The "TrenT Fly" trademark, logo and associated visual elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without express authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrenT Fly strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, however:

  • Prices and availability: flight prices shown are informational and may vary at the time of purchase.
  • AI-generated content: itineraries and recommendations are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
  • Third-party services: TrenT Fly is not responsible for transactions made on airline or OTA websites.
  • Interruptions: we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service availability.

In no event shall TrenT Fly's total liability to the User exceed the amount actually paid by the User in the 12 (twelve) months prior to the claim.

8. Cancellation and Refund

The User may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting our support.

  • Effect of cancellation: premium access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
  • Right of withdrawal: in accordance with consumer protection law, the User may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of contracting.
  • Proportional refund: after the withdrawal period, there is no proportional refund for unused periods, except in exceptional cases.

TrenT Fly may terminate a User's account for violation of these Terms, with prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

TrenT Fly reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, shall have jurisdiction.

11. Term

These Terms of Use enter into force on the date of publication and remain valid while the User maintains an active account on the Platform.
